    2019-04-15

Cancer stem rna polymerase are capable of differentiation and self-renewal. In 1994, CSCs were described for the first time. Hematological malignance is the best evidence to support the existence CSCs. TPC (tumor Propagating cell) is the other phrase that has been used for cancer stem cells. CSCs presents a change in the concept of cancer development, proliferation, migration, and metastasis, leading to further investigations into potential therapies. The canonical concept of tumor pathogenesis is based on the idea that transformation of normal to cancer cells results from the sequential acquisition of certain aberrations, including genetic mutations and epigenetic modifications. These eventually lead to uncontrolled proliferation and metastases. This way guide clinical development for anticancer drug for the past 50 years. Drug resistance is main problem in cancer treatment. Researcher has shown that current drug may lead to enrichment of the highly tumorigenic and drug-resistant CSCs, which accelerate disease progression. Therefore, new approaches to treating resistant malignancy cells are very important ().
In Iranian population, 160 persons for each 100,000 persons are suffering from colon cancer. Several factors are related to colorectal cancer, such as obesity, alcohol, tobacco, geographic location, family history and etc. Other important factors are colon polyps and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). According to the investigation, 17 genes are involved (). Most genes are on chromosomes 12 and 7. When we take a look at gene network systemically, it is clearly revealed that these genes interact with each other (). Due to this, we have run the algorithm for these genes and results are shown in . Some of these relationships are one-sided, and some are mutual.
Gastric cancer (GC) is the second most common cause of cancer mortality in the world. infection is related with gastritis and gastric cancer. Although more than 50% of the human population is infected with , while only 1-2% of the person develops GC. Therefore genetic factor especially those that control the inflammatory response may participate in the development of GC.
